I was able to get a decent look using the blur and CC Composite (using the screen transfer mode). It’s just much more time consuming to do it.

The AE manual specifically states that AE will convert PremPro speed changes to AE time-stretch when imported (page 106).
However, in the real world outside the Adobe manual you apear to be correct.
Isn’t there some guy on this board who always writes, “read the manual” 🙂
