I cleared out the “Media Cache Files” (at least I pressed the button to clear out the cache). I also navigated to the place where the media cache files are kept, but nothing was there. Maybe ‘Lion OS’ hides these files from my view, Do you know ?
It is very strange because I know the .mov file has good audio. Because I can play it in iPhoto.
Other .mov files shot with the same device import and play fine, its just a few that don’t.
I do think it has something to do with a cache file somewhere. I can’t seem to see these cached files.
Is there a setting in my Finder that hides them from my view, much like the PC does ?
Are there any tricks so I can see explicitly where this exact cache files is kept. Or can I make it not cache just for a test ?
