    I would use it in my short films (dialogues)and sometimes also use it in our live band recordings. I’m gonna use it in basically everything because my mic will not leave the camera. It will be the permanent mic.

    So You guys are saying that the Rode Videomic is better than Rode SVM?

    I will be using it in everything: short films, documentaries, family parties, events, live band, etc.

    My camera already shoots 16:9 video. I just want to make it the Hollywood style where there is black bars on the top and bottom. So I do it just by putting black bars (solid colors) on the video or by adjusting the height on the event pan/crop ?

    Hey john! I used your watercolor effect in Sony Vegas and it really helped! It prevented me from downloading plug-ins. Thank you for sharing that! =)

    Right now, I’m watching it on my PC. But I bet it will show up on my TV because of my past experiences.

    Sometimes it reports me that there are dropped frames, but sometimes it doesnt. No I do not reuse tapes. I use new tapes everytime. I use the sony DV tapes. My camera is a Sony HDR-FX7. No, im only using Vegas’ capture system.
