I normally render my videos to .avi (NTSC 24p) and it’s too big. If I want to burn it on a DVD or post it to the web, what format would you guys recommend? I’m finding the best format. Thnx!

A DVD that you can play in a home DVD player can only be MPEG2. Use the DVDA template in Vegas and render the audio to AC3 in a separate file.

    For Web, use MP4.
