Do you mean “hard copy” as in it’s on a DVD disc you burned??

If so,..

Insert the disc,..double click on the disc,..drag the files off the disc onto the desk top,..wait,..eject disc,..insert blank DVD-R,..wait,..double click hard drive,..the blank disc will show in Finder,..click on it,..then drag the files from the desk top into the blank disc,..wait,..then burn.

Hope this helps,..other wise I look dumb.

I agree with the above,..

I have trained in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and some boxing for over 3 years now and even thou I’m quite fit,..I still get sore after a long shoot. Mainly Biceps and forearms for handheld extension shots and my quads for when I have to dip down (I shoot alot of fight events). But yes,..my back is quite strong but I can see how the lower back problem would come about.

Regular exercise buddy,…we all need it.

I’m using the Browser bins for another project so I’m keeping them but you suggest I save everything to disc then just delete it all??

If I want to use the stuff I’ve saved again,..is it easy to load back into FCP??

Thanks,….I went with the LOWER one and it seems to have fixed the jittering.
