Bill, seriously mate, ou need to chill. I was being supportive. It seemed w shame after all the effort ou went through to only gt two songs. But hey, whatever mate.

I think I just watched two people swinging hand bags at each other via the written word.

I can’t believe, after all that setting up you had to do, they only recorded two songs. We do live sessions with bands, off our own back, usually 4 dslr if only using our gear but up to 6 cams at times and we make them do 5 songs and bundle 2 or 3 bands in a day just to make the most of the effort.
And though I am glad the edit is going well in FC10 for you I don’t see the $300 price tag being relevant at all. Either the software is pro or it’s not, which is a bulk of he debate in here. Cost is irrelevant, especially given apple could give it away for free and barely bust a sweat drop.

Perhaps, though I would suggest everything in this forum is and has been sparked from the FC10 debate, so the name is perfectly apt.
I guess if you want a new forum, you could ask the Cow folk to create one for you. Though ultimately, if the forum fulfils a purpose, which it does seem to, then does it matter what it is called. In my head it is called the flibble flobble bobble bibble boop forum, which makes more sense to me than anything you could suggest or offer up, but I don’t need the Cow folk to amend it to that. I can live with its current title. Can’t you?

Indeed you could. Or you could just leave it as FC10 or Not: the debate.
Which would take less effort?
-
Oh it is also punctuated by name calling. Overtly by me, aimed at bill usually, and covertly by bill, usually aimed at everyone who hasn’t ‘got’ FC10 yet.
These bits are also fun.

It’s not a forum about FC10. It has become a debate forum. Fc10 has been the predominant focus but with cs6 just released of course it will take over. Then another FC10 update will come and debate will shift back towards that as people discuss what has been added, altered, amended, improved, broken, eetc., then lag when cs6.5 comes out or avid do a big upgrade or whatever that will take over.
This is not a fc10 forum. There is one of those already. This is a general editing debate forum punctuated by wit, rants, ramdomness and occasional insanity and nonsense. And it is great for all those reasons.
If you are offended by people talking about cs6 I would suggest hanging out in the fc10 techniques forum. I doubt you will get any adobe posts in there.

For reference I bought polychrome v2
