Yeah figured that out, Closed Spline check box in the attributes. How bout that.

Still curious what and how the join segments work. Is it meant to join two seperate spline paths or something?

    Thanks Mylenium,

I kinda figured that. I’ve been doing ” Post > Multi-Pass” on an animation I have with highlights. Instead of trying to get the highlights perfects during the render i was just gonna mask and tweak in AE. I’ve used the Knoll Un-Mult and even Add Mode on the Highlight Animation Pass and it works great singling out the highlights due to their luminance value. But of course the the highlights are still rendered to the “main” animation quicktime. Would the best way to comp the post effects be to render an clean “main” animation with no effects and then comp the highlights from a multi pass render on to that one??

    thanks man

Thanks Mylenium! Thats what it seems with some tests I did. Seems like the OMB is good, like you said, for a multiplier. Seems to be helpful on slower moving objects with a boost of the OMB. Thanks man!

Thanks man, I’ve used this before. But this still doesn’t show my animated gradient in the timeline. And, when I add the “show track”(so I can see it) from the gradient > animation right click sub menu it wipes my timeline clean and only adds itself. And then when doing “Show Animated” it of course only shows the keyframes for the gradient, that being the only thing in the timeline. Can you “show track” without losing the objects currently in the timeline? The only way i can get’m back is to select them all then drag them back over to the timeline. ? Sorry if Im overlooking something or thats just the way it is. Im pretty much a hack just trying to better understand the workflow.

    Thanks again!
