Personally, I just pull them into Photoshop and save the pages as separate image files.

Without knowing what media types you are working with, and how effects-intensive your timelines might be, the whole CPU/memory discussion is kinda moot.

I have worked with some templates with large imagery like that. Had to have 32GB for it to render, and it still took time.

Just keep in mind that RGB in Photoshop routinely works with a full 0-255 8-bit RGB gamut. In Premiere, you may be limiting that (for video) to 16-235, depending on the work you are doing.
By definition the two are not going to look the same “top and bottom”.
