Thanks Timo, I just downloaded Lite, installed and it just opened without a problem with all my projects from Resolve still in tack. I figured a partition was in order. Only HD output for me at the moment.
Thanks again,
John

I bought my rig from proaimshop.com. They’re on ebay and will come down on their pricing. The camera supports are solid. Next purchase this week will be their swingout mattebox. I got this
at Ebay and a follow focus for under $700. JK is the person I dealt with. -
Craig, I just got my cage, shoulder harness and follow focus from Camtree. They’ve taken a huge leap in their quality. I own and have in possession the BMCC 2.5k EF version. My older camtree/proaim mattebox works fine with the set up EXCEPT I would prefer the ability to swing the box out of the way when changing lenses.

Thanks Peter,
Page 24 duly noted. I think I just thought if I believed that the thunderbolt port would offload the media, it would happen.
Any suggestions for the Thunderbolt dock?
Thanks

Thanks Matthew,
I thought that was the case, but i guess I decided I didn’t want to believe it!
I believe GoFlex has a thunderbolt adapter also? I do have a dock, but only FW800.
Thanks again.

Craig,
I bought the 600 from them and have had no issue in mounting it. The only issue is fitting the external ikan battery source and the matte box. It can be done, but a tight fit with the small rail system.
I bought the camtree shoulder rig to fit the need of an external battery source, EVF, etc. Since I happen to have been in contact with them, I asked what matte box they would recommend. I will let you know as soon as I hear back.

I have bought a few things from camtree which is the same as the link below. I have a one of the first matteboxes they made and still holds up well and using it on my BMCC.
I’m about to purchase one of their swing away boxes next.

Thanks Michael, My thought was being able to keep my clients and their projects separate from one another. When one partition was full, or two of the drives, pull the two and add two more, etc.
I’m new to the raid world so I’m still thinking in the “one hd at a time”. And if that one hd fails, I need to go to my back up. Ken Stone’s article about the Pegasus got me started, but much to learn.
Thanks again.

Ha, thanks Shane, I won’t. I spoke to a friend at Digital Delux and he filled my head with so much information I got turned around.
What I really need to do is just buy the camera!
Thanks again,
