When i put an In Out point on a clip that i want to use it in my project i just assign a keyword (Used) in that (i assigned control + 1) and its easy to find all those clips.

I dont have this problem, and i am working now with native canon – sony hdslr footage (h.264).

And our final media , is always uncompressed MOVs or AVIs , send via network to the Air.
