That does sound strange since you have two discs made the same way that act different. I would make sure that your Blu-ray player has the latest firmware. I had a problem where a disc I made didn’t recognise chapter markers and an upgrade of the Blu-ray player firmware fixed it. I realize that this doesn’t make sense because the other disc plays but at least it’s something to look for since it really defies logic.

Yea, I really love the new beatmapper feature. I have two tutorials on my web site on how to beatmap files that change tempo and all of that is unecessary now that you can embed multiple beatmap markers in the file. This release has made refinements in so many areas it’s just a joy to use.

Sure… I would say that the mixing console alone is worth the upgrade for some because it behaves like a real hardware mixing desk with channels and buses (ACID 6 only has buses). The élastique Pro time stretching for beatmapped tracks and the new Beatmapper itself that now allows multiple tempos! We have been asking for that for a long time. Or how about Tempo Curves so that you can slow a song down or speed it up gradually. That’s been a big request as have cross-track drag and drop. There is a lot more than just MIDI enhancements in this release. For some people the fact that it “officially” supports Vista may be enough of a reason to upgrade. The developers at Sony have really been listening to their customers and have delivered on a lot of long time requests in this release.

You can always apply a mask to the footage to only affect part of it. No special shoot requirements and yes there is a demo.

Nicely done… good pacing… I love it. The selection of music was great too. I like the way you used the white flashes in there. I’m so glad that it finally rendered for you. Now you have a working formula. When you download these videos, immediately convert them to MJPEG AVI files before starting your next project and you should be all set.
You keep it up. You have talent. Don’t let it go to waste! (maybe your next project can be a graduation photo montage of your class though the years… makes a great keepsake) 😉

to make things a little easierI agree. Add Pixelan CreativeEase Step Time 2 with a Black & White filter and you’re done. It can create some great strobe effects. If you want it to be more jumpy just delete some frames in between.
