So is there a PDF version posted somewhere? Or did you guys just exchange an emailed version. I’d love to get one as well.
I have a couple of clients with these cameras and I’d love to be able to pull out a copy of the manual to talk them through some issues.
Thanks.

no matter which one I choose, the filter only gets applied to that particular clip and not all the clips that use that angle.
I rejoiced finding this but alas I to seem to get the same result. It applies to that clip not all.
What am I (are we) doing wrong?
Thanks.

Thanks guys, but that’s not my current question. I, too, duplicate and modify for lower 1/3s.
The bigger mystery to me is if there is a way – for lack of a better way to describe it – upper and left justify a page. In every titling tool I’ve used to build bullets you build the whole page and then remove the bottom line for each previous title.
Header Header Header
– Point 1 – Point 1 – Point 1
– Point 2 – Point 2
– Point 3It bugs the crap out of me that title 3d ALWAYS centers the page so that you have to leave a ‘space’ on the line you erased so the whole title won’t recenter. It ends up looking like this:
Header
– Point 1 Header
– Point 2 – Point 1
– Point 3I guess what I’m saying is that I’d like to tell it where the first line starts and build down from there, but it seems like you only have control over where the location of the CENTER of the page.

Interesting. So Ok now I’ve also made sure my lower 1/3 background is an even number it is all hokey dokey. Thanks so much.
While I’ve got you…is there any way to lock in Title 3D position. In other words it always wants to center things. There are some times when I want to do a build and would like it if I didn’t have to leave phantom spaces in the lower lines to keep it from automatically re-centering.

Sounds simple, but how do you know and how can you change it — reposition through the motion tab?

Well it seemed to clear itself up. I had designated more ram to Fusion before but maybe it didn’t take effect until I rebooted the mac –not just the virtual machine.
Here’s another issue people may face using Audition on a mac…It won’t see my “shared” hard drive…only the one associated with the virtual machine. I can add external drives, but I only made my main “C” drive 20Gig so I’m kinda stuck until I reformat and reload software.
Thanks.

Hi Mike. Thanks for asking.
Yes it pops right at the beginning when I press play – loudly. I’m running it on my new MacBookPro under VMWare Fusion running WindowsXP. I’ve designated 2 meg of ram. I’m using my built in sound card.

July 17, 2007 at 4:08 am in reply to: MPEG Index Files and hang-up on import after transcodeI suddenly developed this problem as well. I usually create an mpeg 2 file with cleaner then import. I have the same problem with progress bar flipping back a bit and repeating forever. I didn’t notice all the cash files until I read about them–wow a bunch!
I uninstalled & reinstalled Encore thinking that would fix it but it didn’t. I haven’t found a work around yet.
Has anyone found anything new along these lines?

The version that came with Premiere. Over in creative calf I was told that this is a known issue when the timecode is set manually and that it has been discussed in this forum extensively. However I must be searching for the wrong words as I can’t seem to locate it.
