I believe Keylight for FCP requires v6 or 7. There are versions that come with AfterFX 7, CS3 & CS4, but those don’t work inside FCP.

If you can make a flv, h.264 or mp4, you then need to embed that in a player and publish it as a swf. Then you can mount that on your site. Checkout the JW Player. Also, certain encoding programs like Squeeze 6 have the option of automatically embedding your flv in a variety of swf players.

Sounds like an OS issue. First run Disk Warrior (if you don’t have it, get it) then repair permissions. You can trash FCP prefs, but I don’t think it’s a problem with FCP.

I’m not familiar with AudioLogo, but I have Sonicfire Pro/ which seems to be similar. Sonicfire will automatically cut tracks to fit a given length. The newer releases allow you to mix tracks, or select from a menu of their mixes. You also get hits/sfx that you can spot as you like. Checkout their tutorials by Larry Jordan. Their music costs around $50 per CD.

Thanks, Jordan. I’ve never used one of the Heils, but a year ago I was shooting at Daytona and my sound guy had an RE50. It had amazing wind and noise rejection. I’m not buying a mic. My question was out of curiosity.

I’ve read of audio issues with the Kona3 having to due with lack of ref video being sent to the card. I’ve no idea how that might affect the Mac’s audio, though.
