That is going to be really tough. First, when you shoot, move the sifter farther away from your green, you are apt to get less reflections. Also, check out this tutorial The Portal, from Andrew Kramer, starting around 5 minutes into it. He uses a pretty good technique for isolating green spill and removing it from your footage using keylight. I think it would help out a lot in getting the green off the sifter in your situation.
