Andrew Kramer also has a neat preset called 3d Falloff on his website.

it work pretty well, you might want to give that a shot

maybe try using fractal noise as a track matte for the twinkle and adding a glow for the luminance

Thanks David, Thats actually what I ended up using and it looked pretty good, but in the end we decided to go a different direction with the design, but now i know how to do it so that in the future I wont have a problem or if someone else needs help with it

yeah I have been a lurker for a long while and i used those posts as references.

So Magic happened and everything is rendering fine now, I did not change anything or do anything different, I just hope this problem doesn’t happen again

Thank you all for the help and advise, hopefully i can return the favor in the future.

I am outputting to DV/DVCPro, best quality 4:3

I will try the secret settings, Thanks for helping guys, hopefully it works.
