  • So, in the end I decided to do a Complete reset of V19 532 and after restarting the Colorizer FX was missing. So I decided to completely uninstall the AI and then Uninstall V19. Before doing anything else I check to see if the AI was still working in v18. That was now not working 🙁

I think the reason is that when uninstalling with Rev_ uninstaller, there are Registry entries within V18 also associated with parts of V19 AI. Have not idea why this is or maybe an error in the AI installer for V19.

Anyway I reinstalled AI for v18 and now that works. I then reinstalled V19 and then the AI module for V19 and now that also works…

    So far all OK

One other thing we found was that in his set-up he has 2 monitors and a 60″ TV to look at the output. He has two graphics cards, and one for the TV monitor connected at HDMI. He uses at the moment FCP7. We did download the FCPX but then found out there is not an Option to output to HDMI and use 2 two monitor screens, It seems FCPX is mainly designed for laptops,

If anyone know a way to configure in the same was as FCP7 then that would be a plus

Must say I agree, I also help a friend you have a studio and uses FCP . He always has difficulties to do what is quite simple with Vegas and in some instances I have to do various bits in Vegas and add it to his FCP Timeline to make things progress faster. Whilst I know that if you use a piece of software for a long time you get use to it but there are some various FX and features quite difficult in FCP compared to Vegas which is so intuitive.

These are just my experiences with both.

Have you got the latest Studio (not gaming) drivers installed?

Click the HELP Tab and then select ( Check driver Updates )

It is important that it is the STUDIO version

Hi John, I see you have been asking this for a while….. I understand what you are trying to do, but a few questions..

In the Live video, is the person moving around very quickly?

I think you say there are 2 overlays. One is a Crystal and one is the track to where the crystal is going by looking at a screen shot you have done,

Any chance of uploading a section of the video where this action is happening so I/WE can have a play with it

Have you tried the .bak file. It is located in the same folder that the named .veg file is.

It will be something like – blahblahblah,veg.bak.

Rename it to , lets say – blahblahblah1.veg and then open that veg,

    You may be lucky

When you say you Moved your External drive I assume you mean I moved all the Project Contents and the Veg file to the Desktop into a folder or somewhere else. Need a bit more info
