happens to me when i have video assets on the server.. if you are working from a server try coping the files to your local hard drive.

I think it would be really great to see this type of flexibility in After Effects…
I guess some type of flash/after effects hybrid!
They are heading in that direction with the new 3dish stuff and video capabilities in flash. Interested to see where it goes.

that is what I was after.. just a way of using a keyframe to trigger things.
key(1).time looks like the way to do it.
