The longer the clip the more out of sync?Yes it seems to get worse as the clips progress. Sometimes it happens after recording for 1-2 hours.
Project settings are:
Matrox HD>
720p>
59.94 fps>
HDV>
we are using the same frame rate that we shoot in.We are filming with a JVC GY-HD 250U.
any ideas?

I have a similar problem.
I am exporting using adobe media encoder a h.264 file for blu-ray 1280x720p using a matrox axio LE and my render has stopped at 99.99%. Task manager says that the premiere is still running but the render window is just sitting there. I don’t know if my file completed or not and it already took 3 hours so i don’t want to hit cancel. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks

you are right, It’s not a huge problem if I can’t back them up. I’d still like to know what’s causing the problem though.

Ok, I know matrox came out with their Matrox Axio 4.0 driver yesterday. I guess I’ll have to wait and see. Have you heard anything yet?
Thank you

Clint,
What setting are you using for your encoding? H.264 or Mpeg 2?
Our encoding in CS3 has been giving us video files that are different lengths than the audio stream. So your using imgburn and not encore, can you make menus with it?
Thank you

February 13, 2009 at 6:29 am in reply to: Has anyone used Sonic Scenarist or DVDit pro HD?Ok, This is what we are trying to do. We are currently shooting in 1280x720p 59.94 to a focus enhancements hard drive. Our video files are captured to m2t. We are editing in Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 on a Windows xp operating system and want to be able to produce blu-ray discs with menus.
How hard is it to make menus in DVDit pro hd?
What are you using for editing, and encoding?
Are you using Mpeg 2 files for blu-ray or h.264?
What sort of bugs are you finding?
I need to be able to produce blu-rays soon and am trying to find a stable authoring program because encore CS3 is not working at all. Any information is helpful.Thank you!!!

I tried that with a H.264 file and the audio appears to be in sync on the encore timeline. The audio and video are separate though and not mulitplexed in the same file. The audio and video are the same length in the project panel down to the frame although the audio is less than a frame longer than the video on the encore timeline which I find strange.
I was able to make an image and burn a disc but now there is no audio! I tried starting a new project with a dolby digital preset instead of PCM and transcoded the audio. I was able to make a disc image but when I tried to burn a disc I recieved another error which reads:
Blu-ray error;”” code: “0”, Note:”
I am becoming very well versed in all these errors but this is one I have not yet seen. -
I just started trying to build Blu-ray discs using Adobe Encore CS3 a week ago and have been having nothing but problems.
Are you creating multiple menu projects?
Hardly, I’m just trying to build a blu-ray where both the audio and video stay in sync.If so, how many menus and how many buttons per menu?
noneAre they routing correctly when you burn to disc?
noneAre you able to burn directly to BluRay disc successfully directly from Encore consistently?
yes but I’m having sync issuesAre you able to successfully create BluRay ISO files?
I was getting errors only at first until I downloaded a patchAre they actually burning to disc correctly and playing back in the BluRay player correctly?
NoIf so, are you running Windows or Mac?
Windows xp on a Matrox Axio LE systemHave you guys found any more reliable authoring software capable of burning DVDs and Blu-rays yet? I’m considering leaving Encore CS3 behind.
