  • Video stops rendering in mpeg bluray setting

Posted by Philip Merten on December 1, 2008 at 5:46 am

I have a Matrox Axiio LE running Premiere CS3. My project is in 720p 30p. I opened media encoder to render it out to mpeg 2 bluray project. I put the settings at 59.97p, cbr 32. The render starts out fine but on many occasions it stops rendering literally just frames before it’s supposed to end. This happens both in the matrox & adobe media encoder. If any one has any thoughts on how to fix this I would really appreciate hearing them..
    Thanks,
    Philip

Try putting 5 seconds of black video at the end.

If you think it has stopped then wait for at least 20 minutes
    Do not do enything
You will se it wil finish

    I have a similar problem.
I am exporting using adobe media encoder a h.264 file for blu-ray 1280x720p using a matrox axio LE and my render has stopped at 99.99%. Task manager says that the premiere is still running but the render window is just sitting there. I don’t know if my file completed or not and it already took 3 hours so i don’t want to hit cancel. Does anyone have any experience with this?

    Thanks
