I’m not getting any artifacts with the footage, but the Program flickers when viewing the footage in Premiere and After Effects. I updated the drivers, but that didn’t seem to help.

Whats weird is that after installing the CS3 suite everything was working fine for a time and then it started flickering. We even brought the over clocking to its normal (default) state so at this point there is no over clocking.

So at this point I may uninstall/reinstall CS3.

Its the window in Premiere where you can view the footage.

For the most part the problem was over clocking, although I still get a little flicker on the composite video time line on the lower right side.

  • Thanks for the advice. I’ll be sure and try this out!

I hadn’t thought of doing it that way. I’ll have to see if the client would accpet this method. Someone on another website site recommended doing something in Directox 2004 as DVD(s) won’t allow you to scoll like a webpage.

    Thanks for you idea!

    Thanks Steve!

I just ordered an upgrade from CS2 to CS3. Hopefully I’ll now be able to do what I want without a long learning curb.

    >> If you mean a plugin that can create specialized animations via the use of text

Yes, that’s the general idea, although what’s listed on the website isn’t eaxacly what I’m looking for.

I guess the closet application is Live Type.
