I think you’re right Tarn. I just tried to upload a file via drag and drop and via the upload icon and neither worked.
Edit: I sent a message to the COW team concerning this. Hopefully they’ll get it fixed soon.

When trying to access the TypeOnGEMs link using Firefox I get the following warning:
Your connection is not secure
The owner of https://www.broadcastgems.com has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.
Safari gives a similar warning.

Have you tried just dragging the file into the message window?

You can either have keyframed motion or dynamics, but not both. When dynamics is enabled with any of the Simulation tags keyframing is ignored.
Look into using the Jiggle deformer, or for more control check out the free plugin Gélatine by Code Vonc:

If you just want something quick and simple: from a basic cube with an inner extrusion, add a bevel deformer with the Bevel Mode set to “Chamfer.”

You can add parameters of the tag (Text, or Color, for example) to the HUD and render that, but I can’t find any way to render the annotation tag itself.
