Posted by Lauren Kaiser on December 20, 2017 at 8:07 pm

I’m looking for a way to get more than just the standard video transitions that are included with Premiere. Something for creative/fun projects, almost a long the lines of what’s included in iMovie.

I’ve seen a few plug ins online, but I wanted to see if anyone may have some suggestions for plug ins they have and like for additional transitions.

    Thanks!

    Hey Lauren,
Check out FX Factory. That’s like an App Store for plugins. And my favourite are from Lenofx and motion vfx. Real good plugins from them:) Leno is a Brazilian guy who makes plugins. He is increasing hi price from the 1st of Jan. Get a few now:D

I have made a feature request for transitions. It might be a good option for you as well.

According to their website, Lenofx are all Final Cut Pro X plugins.

Motion VFX web site says they are Motion templates and FCPX plugins. :/
Don’t see them on FX Factory.

Oops. So sorry guys. Yes. Motion vfx and Leno are all FCP. That’s what happens when you have a million tabs open and reply to a few:D
For Premiere, try FXFactory, Rampant or ChungDha presets.

Adobe keeps a list of Plug-In makers here:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/plug-ins.html

Along with FX Factory I would recommend Boris FX Continuum and Red Giant Universe. They are much pricier but extensive collections that you can also get by subscription (Red giant Universe is only by subscription )
