Try making an ISO file and then burning at a slow burn speed. The media You use is very important so use the good and expensive stuff. I have the same problem and it is helped buy this. Best media at slow burn rate seems to be only thing I can see helps.

This is a problem yet defined and acknowledged in PPRO2.0. If you realy want to see it get ugly rename a clip already on sequence. Just right click on clip rename it and watch the fun. Until you do some clip and past will it get fun but the end result will be PPRO will crash. Talked to friend at ADOBE and they are confused. I suspect the rename and edit cut and clip realy confuses PPRO and eventually some windows crash occures.
