I don’t know about a batch, but you can change the title metadata name in VLC.
Open the file. Command-i for media information, change the title, and hit “Save Metadata”.

I would download the free XFX and load the XML in to it.

This may be a corrupt motion template, or busted media link.
Is the media inside or outside of the library?
You can always export an FCPXML if you can have the library open for long enough.

File > Open Library > From Backup

Why not copy and paste opacity handles or key frames?

Yes, these files do not work in compressor (mp4 files from AVCHD).
You need setup a compressor setting in FCPX, and transcode that way, or import the AVCHD file in to FCPX which will rewrap the files to .mov, which you can then transcode in Compressor, or you can check out something like EditReady.
Adobe Media Encoder will also read them.

What version of Compressor? XAVC works just fine here and always has. Here’s a pic:

This would be a job for Mocha.
You’d have to paint or mask from a clean frame, track the offending frames, and use Mocha’s light interpolation settings.
You can also do the opposite and paint a clean frame without the strap (cloning her skin). Track the strap and edge of her shirt and composite the clean frame sans strap with Mocha masking and tracking.
Either way, it’s a lot of work, especially for 3 minutes of footage.
