The Sigma works just fine with the D7000. The 20mm works, obviously, in manual mode. The others will not mount on the D7000.

I have an older Nikkor 50mm f1.4 and it is just fine, even wide open. I love the Nikkor 20mm f4 lens. Not very fast, but very sharp with good contrast. These are both manual lenses.

Also, I like the Sigma 10-20D zoom lens. Can’t use it enough. It is slow, but lovely. I, also, use a 105mm Micro Nikkor f2.8 lens for closeup work on the AF100. Super lens!

I use a $39 Fotodiox adapter with my ‘G’ lenses, which works just fine. Have no idea how long it will last, so I bought two of them and carry one as a spare.

I have been using a Nikkor 50 f1.4, a 20mm f4, a 105mm f2.5 and a 28mm f2.8 all purchased in the 70s. They all work great on the af100 with an adapter of which there are many on the market. By the way, none of these lenses except for the 20mm f4 lens work on my D7000. I also use ‘G’ lenses from Nikon and Sigma on the AF100.

There is also a TV Logic Monitor of the same size that uses the same screen as the DP6 that is also supposed to be pretty good. Somewhat more money than the DP6, but you also get a wv/vectorscope.

For reviewing footage, I use Clipwrap and select the ‘rewrap’ option. It is very fast. It takes resources, but does not lock up the computer.
