Good call Oliver, breaking the compound apart works, but that defeats the purpose. They are now just clips on the timeline like any other. I also noticed that any custom titles do not transfer properly, they too show offline and will not reconnect despite having the custom title motion file on both computers. I also copied the event at finder level and the compound clips do not work on the new computer. Useless to me as it is now, the point was to work on the road and home. I cannot waste time breaking the compounds and rebuilding every time I change computers.

I have tried both of those but no joy. The correct title template shows itself in the title browser window within FCPX, but the project timeline shows all instances of the that title as unlinked.
Strange -
Chris, I am experiencing the same after the update. My render time have increased by 10x. I have to constantly re-render sections of projects after restarting FCPX every time. I have 32 gigs of ram, esata external storage, latest Mac Pro, etc… very frustrating and hoping to find a solution soon. This is adding hours of extra time to my workload. C’mon apple.

Chris – How do you modify the existing sequence with NTSC? I am trying but the frame size is locked and the pixel aspect ratio choice is only rectangle. thanks

I am just dealing with the same issue. I converted the 24p to 60i in compressor, but unfortunately I have several mixed frames on cuts. Field A and field B are from different shots. Did you run into this? Thanks -
