    Thanks Joseph!
This helps but I was hoping to find a way to automate the transition between some words shrinking and others getting bigger. This is for an explainer video where some words get bigger in synch with the voice over and the rest resize accordingly in order to keep the frame full. I know I can try to keyframe this but not sure it will look as good as something that is automated.
Any idea how to achieve that?

    Ernie is right.
We have stuff already edited on the timeline. Taking that into consideration, do you know which approach would work best? Either using the media manager to downconvert or dragging the HDV sequence into a DV sequence?

Thanks, I really appreciate everybody’s willingness to help.

    Saldivar.

    Shane,

Thanks a lot for your reply. I’ll give it a try, but before I have one more question. What about aspect ratio? Will I get letterboxed SD or anamorphic SD? You know if there’s a way to get it letterboxed?

    Thanks again!

Would exporting in a not-so -compressed format help?
In which case, what format would you recommend?
In the meantime I’m going to try blurring it.

Thanks a lot for your help.

    Hi,
Thanks for the input. But I tried what you suggested and still have the same problem.
Anybody out there who knows a different workaround?
    Thanks.

    Rodney,

Yes, I hear the clipping when I listen to the audio through the camera, with my headphones.

I don’t remember how my BeachTek adapter was set up at the moment of the shooting but I can tell you that I was using two different microphones, one on each imput: a Sennheiser shotgun and an Audio Technica lavaliere, I hear the clipping in both.

Also, the problem might also be caused by the battery I was using on the BeachTek adapter. I remember changing it, among all the things I tried, and after that the clipping disappeared.

    Thanks!

    Javier
