July 31, 2007 at 7:25 pmPlace your text in a layer and add the glow to the layer, not to the text. This is the way that Motion works, any effect or transformation can be applied to an object or a layer.

Thanks for the input. But I tried what you suggested and still have the same problem.
Anybody out there who knows a different workaround?

August 3, 2007 at 12:38 amthe glows in the NI Motion pack eg “optical glow” have the option to expand the size of the layer which you apply them to. you can use these free for 14 days.
