Thanks James. it was the NIVDIA setting and we are good to go.

Not using Marquee much, but will see if the render times have improved.

    Thanks Editz.

So no problems with BCC Glare, BCC Glint, BCC Glitter, BCC Lens Flare? Those are the particular ones giving issue.

    Thanks again.

Not having the issue with batch capturing (digitizing). Only with the batch import. Been doing it the same way for years and when 2.1.7 recommended creating new user settings, most of my staff began having this problem.

Will take your comments regarding rendered layers and see if they apply.

Thanks for the reponse Pixel Monkey.

That’s the wierd thing. Doing it the same way for years, but since the upgrade it will replace media in the bin, but the old version remains in the sequence.

Also, if rebuilding a sequence from a back up disc and batch importing first, they appear until you would batch capture footage undearneath, Then the import goes Media Offline. Driving us crazy since we do alot of revision to old projects.

This is the only post I have found related to my dilemma.

I have been successful in doing this with Media Composer for years. Now with the MC Adrenaline HD 2.1.7 upgrade, it will not “refresh” my batch imported files into my sequence. We needed to re-set all of our user settings, per recommendation by avid, and I wonder if we missed anything.

    Any insight is appreciated.

    Thanks

Thanks for the response. I was mis-informed by an Adobe presenter at NAB 2005.

do you know of anything that does allow you to re-size or convert non-vector to vector?

We do insist and in a perfect world people would take heed, but that is not always the case.

    thanks
