Batch Import
Posted by Jason Shepard on November 2, 2005 at 6:50 pmJust upgraded to MC Adrenalinne HD 2.1.7.
Now when I go to batch import graphic elements back into my sequence, it will not refresh or update my sequence with the new files.
anyone else having this issue?

If your import correctly, then your old media will be replaced. So it should be either correct or offline. -

November 3, 2005 at 1:29 pmThat’s the wierd thing. Doing it the same way for years, but since the upgrade it will replace media in the bin, but the old version remains in the sequence.
Also, if rebuilding a sequence from a back up disc and batch importing first, they appear until you would batch capture footage undearneath, Then the import goes Media Offline. Driving us crazy since we do alot of revision to old projects.

November 3, 2005 at 7:31 pmYou shold have no problems.
I mean, when i make Batch Import, my secuence its usually offline cause i work 20:1 and the final cut its on 1:1.
Even when the graphics are online, but 20:1, and i make batch import with another resolution everithing works perferct. Without consolidate, and only like that.
Also whe the projects are from another AVID.
Now i work in a ADRENALINE HD and i import projects from a XPRESS DELUXE and also XPRESS DV, and always everithing works. (Everithing on PC)
MAybe you have to make a copy of the secuence and take it to a new bin.
Goodluck!!!!
