try the AVID codec PE package. thats all the codecs. LE is a limited set i believe.

go to sites like http://www.dealram.com to get good ram cheap.

also DO NOT BUY ANYTHING MAC UNTIL AFTER JAN 8TH.

sorry for the caps but macworld is jan 8th and they notoriously put out new merch then which either makes current hardware somewhat obsolete or drops the price decently on older models. do yourself the favor and wait.

you can also hold ctrl+shift and click and your contextual right click menu will pop up. kinda lame workaround but eventually you wont notice having to do it.

i just checked my AE out and it seems to be fine now. maybe it was jut a weird glitch happenstance to my 10.4.8 update.

ppc quad 2.5ghz with 8gb of ram.
been running super smooth until now.

sorry of rthe lack of details. i always assume noone would be silly enough to complain about any adobe on intel yet 🙂

also meant to add this only happens in AE not in other areas of the OS or other apps.

im getting a prob where my tablet wont work properly and my mighty mouse will only select things with the right click not the left click. this only started happening after the 10.4.8 update.

whats the fix?
