It’s for SD, but seems to work for HD as well.
Still not very satisfying. I want values to put in an Adjustmentlayer, or an AE-plug that works for HD.

What about AE’s color settings? When I set my profile to 709, the output is visually less extreme, but the ‘clipping indicator’ still tells that the whites are illigal…

Why is this such a mystery?

But what, if you want HD/16bpc output (f.i. in Avid DNxHD codec)?

Which values are safe? Can’t find those values anywhere. Even not in the ITU/EBU documents.

For some reason, I get a rounding problem, where once in a while 2 frames get the same restult.

This expression works better for me:

C=((time*25)/2)-(Math.round((time*25)/2));
if (C==0)
{
100
}
else
{
0
}
