Alright, got it to work
It turns out I just needed to free up even more space then what the file took, like 17 gigs when the file was 10

Exactly, that is why I don’t understand, I had quicktime 7 and I was getting the error that audio and video couldn’t be exported so I uninstalled that and re-installed an earlier version (6.0) and now i’m getting this error.

Okay,

I figured out that when i render in omf, ae automatically saves to a certain folder…the new problem is that when i try to render as omf, i get an error saying the dimensions aren’t right the correct error is

“AEGP Plugin OMF output dimensions do not match selected omf format (720×480) expected”.

Any suggestions as to what i can do to fix this?

One more question, Once I do what you originally said I get one file per frame of video, i only import the first file in the targa sequence and it is perfect, do i need all these other files that i get when i export??

As for the quality of my video’s I am satisfied, I think my problem now is just my computer, it doens’t seem to be stable to be able to encode such a large file. I’m going to make 2 seperate files and join them together with mpeg tools.

Thank you so much for all of your advice so far…I have been using Sorenson Squeeze 4.0, TMPGEnc, Encore (transcoding it), i am just trying Ulead Video Studio right now, if that does not work i will defenitely merge my files with mpeg tools.
