Thank you for your response. You are right. I was using Windows Media Player 11 in testing and that was the problem. It works perfectly on a colleagues computer running WMP 12. It must just be a crappy codec in WMP 11.

Hi,

I am not sure if I understand your answer and wanted to clarify. My bullets are graphic files. (e.g. PSD files although they can be converted to whatever in Photoshop.) Are you suggesting that I can add these graphics to another layer PTT? I have been trying to figure out how to do this. If this is indeed possible can you point me to more information on how to insert them? I have looked everywhere with no luck.
