I’d love to see a couple of example frames posted here first to give you proper advice. It might ultimately be much simpler/less intensive to go back and reshoot with a blue screen for the green fabrics. Otherwise you may find yourself toiling for days and days in post just for a compromised look. Never fear the reshoot.

Yeah you essentially need to flatten out that data rate to AIF constant bitrate via creating a new version in Compressor. Then these issues will go away.
And for future reference- most ‘webcam’ shots in movies are shot with the movie’s main camera and then futzed to look like a webcam in post with filters. That way you avoid these issues entirely and can dial in the precise look you want.

You can’t do that precisely- what you can do is draw a lasso around the clips you want to copy. You may end up with an overlap of some clips you don’t want outside of the in/out range but you can easily delete these once you copy/paste to the other project.

Make sure to lasso select the transitions as well as the clip itself if you want to move the whole enchilada.

That preference was removed several versions back- it is automatically selected whenever you have too little media in the overlap.

You can easily put all of that into one timeline and simply disable the identifiers you don’t need as you go to export each version. Select a clip and then V to disable/enable it. You can also select multiple clips for this operation.
