If this is happening when you start Photoshop. Stop Photoshop. If it useless maybe youe psd file is corrupted. In this case try Photoshop Fix Toolbox https://www.fixtoolbox.com/photoshopfix.html
This application can restore the data from all versions of Adobe Photoshop.
