September 15, 2016 at 7:29 amThere are various programs that claim to fix corrupted Photoshop files, such as this:
Almost all of the problems I have with Photoshop files comes from transfering them by email, in which case I simply ask the sender to resend it. So if that is the case here, you know what to do.
If the file was corrupted due to a computer crash while saving the file, the chances are there’s little to be done. In a couple of cases I’ve managed to restore a partial file, but more often than not I’ve ended up having to rebuild it. Although this hasn’t happened to me in two decades: I learned early enough to separately save (to a new file with a revision number) any major versions of the file as I go.

September 20, 2016 at 10:42 amSTEP 1: Navigate to your home folder -> User Library
STEP 2: From there navigate to Preferences folder.
STEP 3: Search for Adobe Photoshop settings folder -> Delete the folder completely.
STEP 4: Restart your Mac once and then start the photoshop application again which should work now without any errors or problem.

If this is happening when you start Photoshop. Stop Photoshop. If it useless maybe youe psd file is corrupted. In this case try Photoshop Fix Toolbox https://www.fixtoolbox.com/photoshopfix.html
This application can restore the data from all versions of Adobe Photoshop.Best Regards,
