Looks like there’s something wrong with this update because since I’ve updated I have a lot of “A serious error” messages!

If I put a clip into the Source Monitor and press play and then I double click to a clip in a bin I have the error message! I see this on two machines.

Mac Osx 10.8.1 Mac pro Octocore 16GB Ram GTX285

I have 8Giga of Ram and FCPX is very slow on my MacPro 8 Core. The rendering and the importing in background slow the software a lot.

I tried but I’m not able to put a transition if I make a picture in picture with the 2d editor… even if I make a compound clip…

This software is a mess….

Hey Walter,

thanks for your message! Unfortunately if this type of work is ok for you, the same it isn’t for me. For my workflow the icons on the browser are very important! The bigger they are the better is for me. I hope to see some day this improvement with the FCP interface.

At last! I will definitely give it a try. Premiere cs3 looks a great piece of sw! I’m going mad with all the FCP 10bit render bugs!!
