I just looked at the options for Track Matte Key, and I don’t see that option. Not sure I follow…

Hi Tony – I stumbled across this thread as the exact same thing happened to me, except with a FS100. Photo Rescue delivered the goods, but the recovered .mts clips are missing heads and tails – just as you described. After all your trial and error sessions, are there specific tricks / settings you would perhaps care to share for Photo Rescue that will enable .mts clip recovery in their entirety? Any suggestions much appreciated…
