SD footage runs fine, it’s HD and higher that chugs along. I have the data stored on two 2TB SATA 72,000 drives. These drives are separate from the system drive.

    hey, that’s really neat!
You know. you have a really great product but you really should revise the manual. The company I’m working for bought your product for me to test during my internship there. Once I get my head around it, it’s actually a very easy to use. However, I’m having to rewrite the manual for my coworkers to understand. I have to give them step by step instructions to walk them through it.

    Thanks for all the help.

An updated manual would be much appreciated. Overall it’s very well written but I found a handful of areas that were either outdated or written in error.

Also, while the manual is good as an overall reference, it is rather challenging to learn from it as a beginner. I don’t know what the best way of approaching this is. If it means adding a tutorial chapter to the manual that walks you through the entire workflow or if it means producing video tutorials, I don’t know. I do know that, judging from the streamlined controls and the powerful tools, the learning curve should be much less than it is.

In any case, an updated manual would be much appreciated.
    Thanks again

  • never mind. I just exported it again and that fixed the problem. You were right, the settings were set to little endian. Changing it to Big Endian fixed my problem.
    Thanks

  • Thanks. I sent a couple frames to the support email.

One question though. How do you convert from little endian byte format to big endian?
