It also crashes when I use any method other than keyboard shortcuts. I even tried opening a previously made project with a menu in it, and while that old menu worked, it crashed every time I tried to create another menu in the same project. It works when I import a PSD file as an asset, but not as a menu.

Once imported, is the menu in the menu viewer?
No. There are no menus in the viewer.

Can you import a menu from the library?
I don’t think so. Which library?

You say you reset the library preferences; do you mean the Encore preferences?
    I mean the .plist file.

    Was 5.1 working okay previously?
Yes, the last time I used it, a few months ago, I think before the upgrade to High Sierra.

  • I am unable to click the “submit” button on the second screen after clicking the first “submit” button in the batch window because it says “no clusters found”. To attempt to solve this, I have tried deleting the files:
    com.apple.Compressor.CompressorSharedService.plist
    com.apple.compressor.Compressor.plist

I also tried deleting the contents of var/spool/qmaster, and restarting several times, but the problem is still there. Is there a way to fix this without reinstalling?
