    Hi all,
Tried this and the 1st time the title worked!
But when I added the second title (Adding it in the track was fine by shift drag)
V2 crashed when I hit the edit button to edit the title in RED from the edit suite window.
    Hope that helps.

January 28, 2010 at 9:10 pm in reply to: Time Code Burn In

We are looking for a way to give someone a burn code of the original ftg. so they can pick clips or segments before we edit. If there was a play all clips in bin mode or something like that. Since we have gone tapeless (XDCAM EX) it’s harder to do. In the “old” days we would just burn a dvd from the tape machine of each roll with a TC window in that.
I was just wondering if we could switch were the TC info comes from. You do see the TC info update in the edit suite (for the source) if the V clip is chosen in that display.
Just a wish. Hope this helps explain the desired effect.
    Thanks,

I checked the FCP clip and it was NOT locked.

Can you control fast import and slow import?

M100 is creating a new file it is also 3mbs smaller than the FCP one.
And the clip is darker, almost like setup is being added to the clip.

I also notice that the footage is darker on import as opposed to capturing the clip in both FCP and M100!! Strange.
