The export menu gives me:
Media
Title (grayed out)
Tape (grayed out)
EDL
OMF
AAF
Final Cut Pro XMLI usually choose media which gives me the export settings menu

I mean when I export the closest thing I see to APP I see is AAF….

I like what I’m seeing but I don’t know what it means to ‘File Export from APP, You want to send to queue to render out of AME.’ I’m new to this level of video editing

Well the best quality…My other issue is that when I exported mpeg4 all I got was audio. I understand the best for windows is avi but so far Iv’e tried that and the mpg4. My goals are to post to youtube, but also eventually make a dvd. Im willing to try any format for those purposes separately or otherwise

I have just been getting this same issue and am looking for a fix…everything is fine with other players, etc but when in the sony vegas timeline I my rate selector won’t stay at normal speed frustrating…

I haven’t yet had this problem but today when I imported my video and pressed play it played faster than normal. Now, I went into properties for the clip and everything is set to 1.000. The problem is with the slider in the bottom left corner it says “Rate 1.000” but the little orange triangle is just right of that, and every time I try and bring the triangle back underneath the regular slider to the 1.000 position it goes back to the right and it plays faster. If I move the triangle right from there, it stays and plays even faster. This is not what I want….help!!!
I’ve recorded in 1080x720p @24 fps I truly hope that’s not the problem because that’s how I would like to shoot this and most of my films
