I’ll do that when I get to work. I don’t remember doing anything at all with that setting 2 1/2 years ago when I brought my first FCP system up. Thanks for the suggestion. I’ll let you know what happens after I take a look at that.

Consider the Gateway FPD2185W, a 21″ widescreen HD monitor. It has 1000:1 contrast ratio and 8 ms response time. I just put two of them on a new Final Cut Studio edit desk. They are less than $600 each at Best Buy. Really sweet.

I suspect that what you are seeing is largely After Effects and Trapcode Plugins.
