  • too little to late. If there cared about PROS they would have released this with these features intact. obviously not figuring out a way to open FCP7 projects files in FCPX was less of a priority then being able to open imovie projects…..

    …i hate you apple

    not that I can find,

  • I think its pretty Obvious, that apple Isn’t Targeting “US” anymore. I mean features were left out because apple didn’t think it was necessary to include them, Claiming FCP 7 project Files dont have enough data to go into FCP X yet iMovie project files dO?. I mean its foolish to think that they will change, apple “does no wrong” in there eyes. and its “There way, or the highway” attitude.

I currently own a 8-Core 2.26ghz, I spent my a Good chunk of my savings buying it, and my next Phone, Tower and Laptop will be PC, Apples not targeting creatives anymore. They’re doing what nintendo did. and who can blame them? They’re just greedy pigs.

not yet, probably not for a long time….We just got a 3D workflow down in FCP7 with Dashwood and some other 3D plugins. I though for sure FCP X would have some gimmicky 3D feature I mean youtube is in 3D now.

Right now Im still trying to figure out the best way to Do this as well, It seems to be designed in a way so “Your average Joe” doesn’t get Clips lost if he doesn’t know what he’s doing. I wish you could turn it off. That way you could do what you need and turn it back on if you wanted. But to answer your question I haven’t figured out a Effective way to do that yet.
