Here’s how to set multiple In and Out points in one operation.
Open the Bin in Script View
Select the Clips you want to affect {Ctrl A selects all clips in bin}
Press G to clear any existing in/out points
Press T (sets Mark In /Out Points at beginning and end of clips)
Press Q (takes you to beginning of clips)
Use the #2 key (moves 10 frames forward) or #4 key (moves 1 frame forward) for as many frames as you want, and Mark In point
Again use the #2 key to set your desired duration and Mark Out point

That was brilliant advice from Mark, and this section is really great:
Quote; “Don’t forget to put the gear aside sometimes, be present in the moment and just enjoy the trip from time to time, and don’t spend every minute on the job as cameraman, hoping you can catch up what you didn’t experience by playing it back later.”
This is so true – you can get so wrapped up in filming that you miss a lot of the atmosphere of the experience. Step back “and just smell the roses sometimes”.

I think that the left hand side of this shot is very empty and emphasises the empty pews. If shots of guests are required, in this particular shot I would have framed it so that the candle holder is on the left hand edge of the frame. This would give some “closure” to that side of the frame, and then also shown more of the bridal couple and the bridesmaids.
There are plenty of opportunities to get shots of guests and the couple in the informal setting after the service where they are greeting one another.
