Gerardo, you’re very welcome. This is a powerful AutoSave tool. I’ve had it follow me through the last versions of VegasPro back to when SONY owned VP. My ScreenGrab does show it working in VP16.

[lee tauseef] “I can see that maximum and minimum fps values are different, could that be the issue?”
Variable Frame rates:
NLEs aren’t good with Variable and then you make Splits and so on. It’s not just the Max<>Min VARIATION, it’s having to compute the VARIATION. Too much Math going on. You’ve indicated as such saying that the further you get into the Timeline it gets worse.
What are you going to do?

[Ole Kristiansen] “Give us a mediainfo of a clip that plays bad and one plays okay !”
Ole, exactly. Lee is understandably frustrated, however he needs to dig deeper to fully understand what is choking his PC with Vegas.

[lee tauseef] ” ….. recorded at 60 fps, 1920×1080″
Hi Lee – My guess is that VP and your System are struggling with 60fps. Is there a reason why you filmed at 60fps?

[Joost Zeeveneegelbeek] “I forgot to mention that I use SVP12. Sorry.”
Hi Joost. You might want to confirm if SVP12 was then optimised to Render 4K and if you’d need to either get a later Vegas or a Build update that would allow you to use 4K Rendering.

December 8, 2018 at 8:47 pm in reply to: Can one apply effects to clips that have been grouped together?[Michael Leibson] “However, I would like to now apply effects to the now-grouped clips so that the effects apply to the group as a whole — but I don’t know how.”
Hi Michael, Vegas has a neat trick for doing this. You could try it and see if it fits your Workflow and Outcome you’re after.
If you have your Grouped work in a Project, let’s say it’s called MichaelProjectA.veg, you can open a NEW Vegas Project, navigate to your MichaelProjectA.veg File and import this into this NEW Vegas Project, Drag it to the NEW Timeline and you have your MichaelProjectA.veg sitting, waiting to apply ANY treatment you wish! This is called Nesting and I believe it would ideal for what you’re after. Nesting has been about for years now, I’ve used on occasion and it’s been quite valuable. Nesting treats a WHOLE VEG Project as it were just another piece of Media. You also have the option to re-edit that MichaelProjectA.veg from within this NEW Nested Project.
Try it, you might like it – ????.
