Interesting concept. What templates are you after that aren\’t present in the list of Veg Settings already?
Maybe your request is more about actual Veg Projects? If that is the case then the sky is the limit. I\’ve provided veg files that I\’ve created for people on this Forum. But I did this because I KNEW what was wanted. You\’re asking for an open buffet of Veggies. If that is the case then you could be asking for thousands of veggies, most of which would be kinda redundant.
Interesting.…

I’m going out on a limb here, but:
1) In one of the flavours of AC3 is an automatic gain control. Used in a camera, AGC can give uneven volume. You may have chosen AGC in the AC3.
Ok…
2) There is nothing wrong with AC3. As the old saying goes, I use it ALL the time, from within Vegas. What you can do with it is to make very acceptable compressed audio that could go a long way in making space on a DVD that may very well be needed.

Why do you think it is an Fx? You access it from the Right Click Event Drop down menu, like the make sub-clip option. Mind you, we aren\’t offered this with subbies, and maybe that\’s a clue. Maybe a Stabilized clip could be highlighted say with pale green? Or have an additional Event Icon?

Yes you are correct, in that this is not the way Vegas works.
Could you post a series of screen grabs of your workspace? At present I\’m at a loss in getting my head around what could be the issue.

December 16, 2010 at 8:49 am in reply to: pI3 Windows — anybody get the 3.0.4.2 update without problems?Alan? I have version 3.0.4.1 (Windows). I just opened up Pi, and having an Internet connection running, the only update I got – nice! – was the emitters for this period.
FYI I was not informed of this latest Update of 3.0.4.2 and haven’t moved further forwards to test anything.
Does this help?

A DVDA Background is a fixed graphic asset. We can manipulate it away from DVDA and then re-import it. But as far as DVDA is concerned it is a fixed item. On the other hand, graphics that we want to regard as a background, to a complex set of layers is a separate group of assests, and as such, there are a few valuable controls available within DVDA that allow us to do some amazing, creative things with them.
I realise that this has been reffered to above by our two colleagues, but I wanted to underline the DVDA paradigm that is in place and why to you/me/others it may appear awkward.
What would be really neat for DVDA would be for the Menu structure to recognise and make use of PSD layers. I could do some really neat stuff if that was the case. I know there is an option to do the Button PSD thing, but my wish is for the way in which VEGAS now deals with PSD layers to be transferred to DVDA. Now THAT would be great!

Two fans? Same noise? I\’ve got to be thinking a mechanical obstruction poking up from the CPU fins. Is this a CPU fan? I suppose you\’ve checked for other mechanical obstructions? Another thought is a transferred vibration coming from another source?
