The way I import the premiere project is by normally saving it to the desktop, and then dragging the file project into the AE icon is this the correct way?

Hello thank you alot for your response!, the footage is a scene from a movie and the head is facing the camera. the camera doesnt move position always facing front onto the head. I dont understand what do you mean.

OK nop I didnt made myslef clear sorry.

Imagine theres a picture of a man wiht a colored background, now I mask the sillouete of the man and everything is great, but now how do I mask the bits like the gap under the arms man that still shows that colored background?. Better?

It’s solved now :p just had to compress it in the template settings.

Clips are taken from Fraps in AVI format, and some are prerendered into
WMV from AE?

and then taken into the timeline with the avi ones to make it all WMV?
