hi nelson

if u import any footage by default after effects takes them as 30fps
so if u want to change 30fps to 25, you should select the footage in project window right click on that footage you will get Interpret Footage
in that click on Main, a window is opened than in Assume this frame rate
change 30 to 25fps

there are many ways to create this light effects…
1) you can convert that logo layer to 3d layer and add light available in after fx

2) you and even us lens flare effect from effect menu.

3)you can even take a white solid layer and mask it add feather to get a light look…

and and many more as u like to add effects….

but if u want u can even select the scale key frames and right click on
any key frame you would get Exponential scale click on that option to get the smooth scaling

hello ross

first thing i dont thing so there is any option to loop a composition,
so why don’t u render the composition and re import it as image sequence,
than add a loop, by this you can work more fast than looping comp….

Second thing when u fine fast and slow moments in animations try to use graph editor or work with ease ease,ease in, ease out or liner commands in animation…

i hope so u fine it better or what but just do reply me….
